RESTORING CONNECTIONS RETREAT: NOURISH YOUR CAPACITY TO SHAPE CHANGE
Amidst today's social and ecological challenges – climate change, inequality, and rising authoritarianism – we can be overwhelmed by difficult emotions like anger and fear. Restoring Connections invites you to a transformative retreat from Thursday to Sunday. Our aim is to help you connect deeply with yourself and the world, enhancing your ability to address these crises with creativity and resilience.
Through workshops and reflective exercises, we will engage in meaningful self-exploration and gain tools for inspiring change.

BEST FRIENDS: THE ART OF CULTIVATING FRIENDSHIPS
While numerous resources exist for improving family, romantic, or workplace relationships, finding guidance on cultivating friendships can be more challenging. This workshop aims to explore the art of cultivating friendships, suggesting that meaningful friendships enrich both individual experiences and the lives of others.
Virtual - 6:30 - 8:30pm CET

BEYOND HAPPINESS: A PRACTICAL AND EXPERIENTIAL DIVE INTO THE ROLE OF MEANING IN A GOOD LIFE
Although our society is largely focused on individual happiness, this workshop explores the idea that a good life should not just be happy, it should also be meaningful. Drawing on insights from philosophy, psychology, and existential psychotherapy, we investigate what meaning is, what gives rise to meaning, and why meaning deserves a place next to happiness in our ranking of values.

THE WEEK @RESTORING CONNECTIONS
The environment is breaking down and the climate is changing rapidly. The Week is a group experience to help us see what’s coming and what we can do about it.
We’ll get together three times within one week (hence: The Week). Each time, we’ll watch a film episode, followed by conversations to make sense of it all. The idea of this journey is to do it together. And to come out of this with hope and resilience to act.
