Making real change after New Year’s Eve
Ah, the classic New Year's resolution dilemma! You start with a bang, determined to make a change or level up your life, but somehow, those well-intentioned plans fizzle out faster than a deflating balloon. We've all been there, right?
In this 2,5-hour virtual workshop you will better understand your own resistance to change and develop strategies to move beyond it. Often, we have hidden, subconscious beliefs and assumptions that resist change, even when we consciously desire to change. We’ll unpack these beliefs to finally make real change.
In this workshop we will cover:
1) Understanding your resistance:
You’ll identify your "big assumptions" – deep-seated beliefs that hinder your progress. Often they are routed in stories that we have been telling ourselves for a while.
2) Designing your experiments towards progress
You’ll create "big commitments" or desired changes, which may be in conflict with these underlying beliefs.
